RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

 
CLOTHES     

EXCHANGE

  • We happily offer exchanges on all products (except intimate wear such as swimwear and lingerie, which must have their original tags and hygiene stickers). Simply make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 
  • Please note, free exchanges / Returns are limited to once per order, and store credit (Gift Card), valid for 06 months, will be issued for exchanged items. Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer. .
  • Incase of second returns, the customer is liable to pay ₹200/- (Shipping charges) and we can offer a size change for the product bought.
  • During sale events, only size exchange is allowed and will incur a charge of ₹200/-.

     

    RETURN

    • If you prefer a return, no problem! We offer store credit, valid for 06 months, so you can find something else you’ll love.

     

    JEWELLERY & ACCESORIES

    Please note that all jewellery sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the delicate nature of the pieces.

    - Jewellery is a personal and intimate accessory, and we cannot guarantee the item has not been worn or tampered with upon return.
    - To maintain the integrity and value of the brand, we cannot resell or restock returned items.



    For items purchased at shopbythebay.com / Whatsapp / shop.bythebay instagram handle, all exchanges must be submitted on this link https://shopbythebay.com/apps/return_prime - Exchanges on "sale" items are chargeable at Rs 200/-  within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

    To be eligible for exchange, item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances.

    The items from "Autumn Winter" collection are only eligible for “exchange in size” of the same product.


    In case of an exchange, the new product value must be equal or more than the exchanged product.

    In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you "store credit" to buy something else within 180 days of issue.

    We offer one free exchange within 7 days of delivery of the article. The customer is liable to pay the second return pick-up courier charges in case of a second exchange.

    For items purchased at shopbythebay.com / WhatsApp / shop.bythebay instagram handle, all exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for exchange, item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in their original packaging with tags attached. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances.

    If the item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Please submit a request at support@shopbythebay.com within 7 days of purchase.


    SALE ITEMS
    During sale events, only size exchanges are allowed and will incur a charge of ₹200.

    Discount coupons are not valid on exchange orders.

    Only "one" discount coupon or credit note can be used on a single purchase. 


    DAMAGED PRODUCTS
    If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please WhatsApp us immediately on +91-9599066361. You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our Delhi Warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days for all exchanges to be processed.


    CANCELLATION OF ORDER
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. For further information, you can connect with us via WhatsApp us at +91-9599066361 or email support@shopbythebay.com with your Order Number. Please note, once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. 

    You will receive an email notification once we have issued your exchange.
